Full description
This is a hand carved sculptural wooden spoon made from a piece of English ash coming from a storm damaged tree in the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire, UK. I carved the piece to celebrate the ash tree and preserve a piece of Derbyshire in the image of a wren with ivy. It has a carved and oiled finish. It is a unique piece and will be supplied complete with signed original design sketch. The spoon is 247mm from bottom of bowl to top of the wren. The bowl is 54mm round and 25mm deep.
