A cosy little cabin tucked away in a wintery forest - a magical place to escape to!
All my dioramas aim to create an alternative little world within a small contained space, something I was fascinated by as a child, and which continues to capture my imagination today.
The design comes from original drawings which have been transformed into layers of laser cut wood, which I paint by hand, build up to form 3d layers and set into a glazed pale grey wooden box frame, which measures approx. 11.5cm; the scene itself measures 7.8cm x 7.8cm x 1.5cm.
