Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Thanks for visiting our Folksy shop and for supporting UK Handmade products.
Professionally printed animal / natural history & pop culture inspired cards... perfect for friends or loved ones, and bound to make them smile!
A6 (15x10cm) size and printed on 300gsm quality card in the UK. It's blank inside for your own message, unless you choose for us to write a hand written message before sending.
All cards come with a brown craft gummed envelope, and will be delivered in a hard backed protective mailer. All of our packaging is plastic free.
Colours may differ slightly to images.
I carefully pack all orders and send via UK standard 1st class post

Shipping Details:
Processing time: 1-2 Business Days, however we aim to get orders out on the same day.
Shipping time: First Class 2-3 Working Days however please allow extra time from your card being marked as dispatched due to the current Royal Mail issues.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all elements of the postal address provided at time of ordering are correct.
Mega Shed Arts are not able to resend items that have been sent to an incomplete / incorrect address.
Please note that all cards are sent as standard Royal Mail items and are NOT tracked.
