These paintings are a relaxation and meditation for me. They are very slow to create, requiring patience and precision.
I don't plan my pieces, other than the colour scheme, before I start, I simply draw a grid to guide the pattern so it stays even and symmetrical and then just begin. As each circle is completed I then figure out how the next one will fit. I am always eager to find out how the piece will turn out!

Full description
Hand painted in a mix of matt, gloss and metallic acrylic paints using dotting tools and scribing tools for precision.
The piece is finished with a glossy Liquitex varnish.
Measuring 25.3cm by 30.5cm with a frame depth of 2.1cm.
The wood panel can hung either horizontally or vertically.
