I was inspired as a child by a French book called the red balloon. I would always take the book out on loan from the library.
The love of a red balloon is still with me now!!

Full description
This is a small 2 x 2 inch canvas of a blue sky with a lone balloon flying through it. The balloon is quite sinister though.
The skull on the balloon is the emblem used by a anti hero called The Punisher.
I wanted the mix of a beautiful sky and a red balloon.
