Loved this toy so made my own amigurami pattern for it. Although I love to knit doing it the amigurami way is better. No seams as it's done in a round. used no eyes so there was no safety issue for a child whilst playing

this was originally a knitting pattern which was knitted in rows and then a lot of sewing and i didn't like the look of it so I converted it to the Japanese art of amigurami which allowed me to knit in rounds with not a lot of sewing. it looks so much better this way. it has no safety eyes and is all embroidered which makes it safe for babies and toddlers alike. the rings as you can see all come off and are safe for them to play with. it is also filled with hollowfibre stuffing.
