I created a digital painting of this image and have been waiting for the perfect pice of wood to arrive to transform it in to this unique piece.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Puffin Love on Wood
Original pastel painting created on a perfectly imperfect piece of wood. It is not a manufactured piece if timber!
This is a one off unique piece.
Can stand on a shelf or hearth would also make a great bookend
The painting has been created using a combination of acrylic paint and soft pastels . The paint has been sealed with a clear matt varnish. The wood is an off cut which I get from a local tradesman and believe may have been from a sleeper. It has been sanded and left natural so still has knots, cracks and little bits of bark. I love working with these old bits of wood as it creates a truly unique piece and it works wonderfully as a base for pastels plus saves the wood going to landfill.
