The Slavic folktale of Baba Yaga has always fascinated me, these earrings are a result of wanting to create spooky cute jewellery based on folktale.

Baba Yaga Earrings, each pair consists of a hut and motar & pestal with stirling silver earrings findings.
These are created using premier polymer clay, normally used for cosplay costumes, and has a degree of flexibility, then painted with gouache acrylic and varnished.
On each motar there is a Slavic Rune, Mara, the Goddess of Death and Rebirth, of which Baba Yaga is associated with.
