I've always loved the Slavic folktale of Baba Yaga and on Instagram I'm taking part in a Haunted Garden Art Challenge, and decided to make Baba Yaga's home for the "spooky/magical house" prompt.

Deep in the dark forest in a small clearing is where you will find Baba Yaga's home, a strange and menacing hut aloft magical chicken legs, the talons dripping blood. Be wary if you seek this mercurial crone's wisdom - she may decide to eat you instead.
Whomever adopts this piece is truly purchasing an unique, handmade, hand painted piece of art. A wonderful gift for that someone who loves horror movies, dark art and Halloween.
Made from reused cardboard, plastic bottles & tinfoil to create the frame for the air dried clay, and once dry hand painted and varnished to strengthen and protect the sculpture.
