I'm a keen runner and know all to well that we all have days when the the mind is willing but the legs have other ideas (or the other way around!) Sometimes you just need a little push out of the door...go for it! Each sign is made from reclaimed plywood and as such may have subtle imperfections but this only ensures a unique product. Each sign is slightly larger than A4 in size and has a saw tooth hanger on the back.
