Learning to read can be the start of a life-long love of learning. This book pillow is designed to encourage a child to love their books, carry them around and be able to settle anywhere for a comfortable read.

Full description
Pretty cushion cover with lined patchwork pocket. Ideal for storing favourite books and toys. Great way to carry around favourite books and cuddly companions. Find a place to settle, indoors or out, and use the cushion to make reading a really comfortable past time!
Made from 100% cotton and soft brushed cotton fabrics. The patchwork pocket has a mix of 1930s inspired prints while the backing is soft brushed cotton with a cheerful floral design.
The cushion cover measures 40cm x 40cm (16" square). The patchwork pocket measures 40cm x 23cm. The pocket is lightly padded and decorated with quilting to ensure it can support the weight of several books or small toys.
Envelope opening on the back is secured with two buttons, each approximately 2cm in diameter. (These can be removed if considered to be a choking hazard).
Sold as cushion cover. Cushion pad NOT supplied. Requires cushion pad approx 42cm (16") square.
Machine washable on a gentle cycle.
Designed and made in my pet-free, smoke-free home.
