UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Due to new regulations I can no longer post to Europe or NI but do have shipping options for everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I was making both bears, upon completion I sat them together and couldn't bear to part them again, they became the best of friends and Cornflower is a very sensible bear so will keep Pixie out of mischief.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Two heirloom bears, one of a kind collectable artist bears, mohair Teddy bears by Bearlescent
Meet Cornflower and Pixie, my tallest and smallest bears.
In beautiful luxury mohairs, cornflower has lovely hand embroidered paw pads.
Cornflower is my largest bear and stands at 16" tall, Pixie my smallest at 6" tall.
Cornflower was handmade from luxury 25mm mohair in verdigris gold with mossy hand embroidered wool felt paw pads, embroidered in ivory with gold accents to compliment the mohair.
Pixie was made from 15mm semi sparse tan mohair and has faux cashmere paw pads.
Both bears are 5 way jointed with cotter pin fitments making them fully poseable, they have hand embroidered noses and brown safety eyes.
Cornflower has a piece of torn Gutterman fabric as a head bow, Pixie a little checked ribbon.
Both wear their names on wooden tags and have Bearlescent to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
They will arrive with birth certificate.
Cornflower is a Bearlescent favourite bear, she has a beautiful gentle face and has been created as a heirloom keepsake and is very protective of Pixie who would be quite mischievous without the guidance of Cornflower.
They are a beautiful duo of bears and would make a special gift or a lovely addition to a bear collection.
They will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery & will require a signature.
My bears are adult collectables only and not suitable for children under 14, they are only available on Folksy.
