A lovely embroidery design of a bunch of Bluebell flowers and leaves is the main feature on this hand-made cushion. The cushion cover is made from a lovely green fake silk type fabric and a contrasting plain green linen fabric, stitched in a patchwork style around the cream fake suede centre panel.
This cushion would make a lovely gift for anybody who likes flowers or gardening and would bring a touch of spring into a room.
The back of the cushion cover is made from a contrasting cream coloured, poly-cotton fabric and has a hidden zip closure, to allow easy removal of the cushion pad inside. The outer edge of the cushion cover is top-stitched about 1inch (2cm) from the edge, all the way round, to create a small frill around the cushion.
All the fabric and thread used to make the cushion cover is washable at 30C.and both the cushion fabric and the embroidered design can be ironed on the medium setting, ideally using a pressing cloth.
The cushion cover is 16" x 16" (41cm x 41cm) and comes complete with a feather filled cushion pad which complies with the Furniture & Furnishing Regulations for Fire Safety.
It is recommended that the cushion pad is professionally dry-cleaned.

I love to see woods full of Bluebells in the spring. They really lift your spirits. Although this cushion only has a few Bluebells on it, it is still like bringing a bunch of spring flowers into the house.
