These 3D - origami style face masks are made from premium cotton fabric - from the beautiful Moda Grunge range. Stylish and Unique. Perfect for Spring.
Outside I used Moda fabric and on the inside I used a soft high quality cotton that matches in colour to the outside.
The design of this mask allows for easy breathing and a roomy nose to mouth area. The sewing on the folds creates a structural frame around the face, which keeps the fabric away from the mouth. There is no surplus fabric that gets in the way, or ends up in the mouth. A further advantage is, that there is hardly any slipping up and down of the mask when talking. The top pleat of the mask wraps closely over the nose bridge and the lower pleat wraps around the chin, so the mask stays in place. No nose wire required.
When glasses are worn, the top pleat gets pressed down by the glasses frame, which seems to control fogging. I am a glasses wearer myself and found this mask works very well for me.
A size “M” face mask fits most woman’s faces: nose to chin, approx - 13cm/ across, end to end - 21 cm.
Size S and L available.
Care instructions: Washing before first use is recommended.
Machine washable at 30C, air dry and steam iron flat to its original shape. Do not iron over the elastics.
