My last order date for Christmas delivery is Monday 9th December. After that date, I'll do my best, but it's in the hands of the gods and Royal Mail.
Running short of time? I'm happy to send items directly to the recipient. Just add a note at checkout and include any message you'd like me to include with the item, and I'll wrap it nicely and post to their address.
This print was originally a commission for my sister-in-law. Her father-in-law had recently died, and she wanted to gift a snowdrop print to each of his children, as the snowdrop had been his favourite flower.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
