These tulip plant pot stakes have proved very popular and I need get fedup of making them in a variety of colours. Here is a lovely selection in blues, turquoise and aquamarine.
These do look rather pretty in a pot either singularly or in a group.
Each piece of glass has been hand cut, ground, washed, foiled and soldered together, before being washed again and polished. I have used a copper coloured rod for the stake which measures approx 30 cms, this can be cut down if you would like it shorter.
Whilst these can go in the garden I would recommend taking them in during the winter when the weather is cold and wet as this may effect the foil, having said that I have left mine out all year around without any ill effects.
The flower head measures 5.5 cms x 9 cms and the stalk is 30 cms.
