Handmade sea glass jewellery & whimsical watercolour paintings of the Scottish seaside and its adorable wildlife. Based in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland, I create coastal-inspired gifts including jewellery, limited edition prints, cards, coasters, tea towels and more!

Delivery on most orders in the UK is £2.99. Orders of cards and coasters is £1.99.

A beautiful pendant necklace made from pale cornflower blue Scottish sea glass. The glass has been reshaped and smoothed over decades of tumbling in the Scottish waves! Blue glass is rare, particularly at this size. It was commonly used in medicine (or poison!) bottles, which were traditionally made from thinner glass than beer or wine bottles. Therefore is tended to break into smaller fragments in the sea so large pieces like this are hard to find!

The necklace has been wrapped in silver-plated wire with a sweet little wave. This pendant measures approximately 2.5cm high. It comes complete with a silver-plated 18" snake chain and gift box. (Item:1799)

The sea glass washes up on the beautiful beaches in Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland. Much of it dates back to the Victorian era and is known as 'mermaid tears'. When sailors were lost at sea, the mermaids would cry and their tears would wash up on the shore.
