You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a lovely and cute luxury 3D handmade greeting card to say Happy Mother's Day to your special Mum.
The design is a very cute teddy bear sitting on a pretty pink chaise lounge. She is holding a beautiful bouquet of pink spring flowers she has been given after opening a box of chocolates which is sitting on the floor.
The 3D greeting is hand cut and gold foiled and says "Happy Mother's Day".
Did you spot the little mouse on the floor reading a book with a little cupcake to eat?
The card is finished with gems and an organza pink ribbon bow.
The card has a double full colour matching insert on the inside and there is plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
Size: Large A5
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card and is packaged in a free protective cello bag to keep it fresh and clean.
