I really enjoy making these small totem animals. I love the perceived traits that surround these creatures. From initial creation I will cast these figures in resin. Cold Casting (by which metal powders are added to the resin) I can add weight and the plain finish is usually a very accurate representation of the solid piece of metal.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

2021 is a year of the Ox, starting from February 12th, 2021 (Chinese lunar New Year Day) and lasting until January 31st, 2022.
It is also a METAL year.
The recent zodiac years of Ox sign are: 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009, 2021, 2033…An Ox year occurs every 12 years.
If you are an Ox you are seen to have an honest nature, are diligent dependable and determined.
This small Totem figure is an original figure and first made using the cold casting method with Bronze metal powders and resin. It has then been painted using acrylics and given multiple coats of clear varnish to protect it.
With some weight (due to the metal content) it could be used as a small paper weight but is best as a small desk ornament to remind the Ox to be persistent and to follow through on their plans!
