'Antiquity' vintage lace, embroidery, hand-dyed recycled cotton, anytime card
Description
This is a hand-stitched textile miniature mounted onto greeting card - a gift in itself to keep and frame, as well as a card in which to write your message. I have embroidered a lattice with rosebuds, incorporating my hand-dyed recycled cottons and vintage cotton lace. There are also three tiny applique hearts.
My cards measure 12 x 9 cm and come with toning recycled paper envelopes in clear protective (compostable cornstarch) sleeves - no plastic! Each card is signed and my studio stamp is also on the back. The title is also written on the card 'Antiquity.
Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside.
I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners from damage on its way to you. Additional cards only 20p postage per item.

Inspiration
I love old fabrics and vintage lace, and like to put them together with my own hand-dyed recycled cottons to produce delicately hand-stitched miniature textiles with old world charm. I like the idea of giving tiny scraps of materials from the past a new life in the present, and into the future.
