These pegs are gentle reminders that everyone needs every now and again to help us see ourselves as we want to be......for full benefit say them out loud or keep mystic pegs messsage in your mind all day long......and repeat to yourself as often as you can.
I have used pyrography to put the messages onto the wooden pegs, making the messages long lasting.
