You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a stunning luxury 3D handmade greeting card to send love to someone special.
Two super cute little mice are out in the garden amongst the flowers. One of them is flying a kite as high as it will go, while the other one has put a beautifully wrapped gift into a catapult to launch it in a safe and socially distanced way!
Ivy is creeping up the garden trellis and a 3D dragonfly has dropped in too.
Did you spot the snail?
The 3D sentiment says "Sending You Love" and the card is finished with glitter and gems.
The inside of the card has a double full colour insert and there is plenty of room to write your own special message.
This is a beautiful card to send while we are all in lockdown, socially distancing and self-isolating. You can send it for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthday - any occasion you can think of.
The delicate 3D nature of this card means it will come wrapped in tissue inside a free box to match the size of the card and will be packaged in a free protective cello bag to keep it fresh and clean ready for you to use.
