The Twig and Tale pattern that I use for these shoes suggests re-purposing fabric to make them. Vintage embroidery cottons and linens seem to be surfacing for sale at the moment and one wonders where they will end up if not used for something other than the original tray cloth, table mats and tablecloth!! So here I am repurposing some of them into the cutest little baby shoes for you to put on cute little feet!!! The pattern I use is the Wayfarer Shoe from www.twigandtale.com and I make for sale with their permission.

Soft baby shoes or summer booties made with soft linen and cotton with elastic around the heel for adjustable fit. There are no inside seams to chafe delicate skin and the natural cotton is cool and comfortable for hot little feet!! The fabric used is reclaimed, from as-new sources and thoroughly checked and laundered to ensure absolute cleanliness. Vintage embroidery panels enhance the cuteness of these pre-walker babies shoes. there are also embroidery details on the sole..
The outside measurement for these slippers is 4.5 inches or 11cms. These baby gift shoes come in a clear topped gift box for immediate giving and protection in the post.
If/when washing is needed please handwash, rinse then spin or towel dry, reshape and dry naturally.
