Full description
Black merino wool fabric rescued from a felted woolly jumper, refashioned in to a lovely large handbag/small tote bag. The strap length is adjustable, using a vintage metal adjuster, and the strap itself is made of sturdy cotton strapping. Its a nice wide strap making it comfortable to wear, and its long, making it perfect for wearing on the shoulder or cross-body to keep your hands free.
Free-motion machine embroidery has been used to create the designs on the bag (its a bit like using your sewing machine like a pencil to draw with!). Patterned on both sides with metallic silver colour thread to give a subtle sparkle, and totally unique. The bag features a tree and stargazing cat, and a moon created using a metal button. A little bit fun (definitely different!) and a piece of original wearable art perfect for any cat lover or stargazer out there.
Fully lined in cotton and with a zip fastening to keep everything safely inside.
The bag flares out at the base making it easier to fit bulky items inside.
