Hello! Welcome to my Folksy Art Shop.
I am a UK based artist living in the West Midlands where I produce the original linocut prints and paintings. My work is inspired by all the lovely places I have travelled to and collected photo's and memories of over the years. Nature and landscape are 2 of my biggest inspirations.
I graduated from Birmingham Polytechnic in Graphic Design back in 1988 and have practised my art ever since. For a number of years I specialised in pen and ink drawings but over the past few years I have explored other media, and I'm always open to trying new materials and art forms.

This little clementine was as delicious to eat as it was to paint. It sits on my old chenille scarf, which I love.

Full description
This small original acrylic still life painting on board is a post-Christmas still life of a clementine citrus fruit. I created this little painting from life.
The painting is created in a mixture of Winsor & Newton professional and Daler-Rowney System 3 Original Acrylic Paints on WH Smith Acrylic Board. The painting measures 8 inches wide by 6 inches high.
I have signed the canvas on the back. I will also enclose a small signed Certificate of Authenticity.
I will send the painting out to you well wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper and in rigid cardboard to protect the canvas. Some of the packaging might be cut down from a recycled source.
I will post this painting out to you using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service and International Tracked and Signed For service if posting overseas.
