My inspiration came mostly from crafty people seeing me use mine in demonstrations and asking if they could purchase one. Mine own one was very basic (boring handle) so after a bit of tweaking I came up with the one I now have on sale.

1 x handmade paper bead roller approx 140mm long with an approx 3mm wide shaft. The handles are made from papier mache and then decoupaged with tissue paper. The roller has a slit in the metal shaft of which you slide in a piece of paper to hold as you roll to make the bead. The roller is made by ourselves which we use in all our demonstrations and workshops.
The art of paper beads goes back to Victorian times of which they used flock wallpaper and rolled them on knitting needles. This has proved to be a great hobby for all ages and abilities.
Just a last note that all the completed jewellery in the pictures is not included this is just to give you an idea what can be achieved.
Thank you very much for looking
