Growing up in the countryside in a house which had no central heating, my sisters and me always had a hot water bottle at bedtime. And now I'm all grown up,a hot water bottle is still much loved. There is nothing nicer than warm sheets.
This really is the ideal companion for bedtime, along with a cup of warm milk with perhaps a dash of apple brandy and a nice book, nothing too exciting, it is bedtime after all.
The interior fabric is carefully sourced, and then washed, although as it is salvaged and re-purposed it may have some bobbling and wear inside that is often found on vintage linens.
Postage is calculated using the Royal Mail website, any excess postage paid will of course be refunded.
During higher tiers and lockdowns, I am listing a longer than usual time allowance for posting although items are generally posted within a few days

Perfect for snuggling up with in the cold winter evenings,this hot water bottle cosy is made from a soft apple green coloured Witney vintage wool blanket.
The lavender motif embroidery that tumbles down one side on the front is hand stitched using vintage tapestry wool in a range of lilac and gentle purple hues.
Inside, the hot water bottle cosy is fully lined with repurposed floral yellow brushed cotton fabric.
Pretty enough to keep out on the bed during the daytime or you can use it as a nightie case.
Designed to fit a standard hot water bottle.
