A rich old Oak wood recycled from old window frames. Has beautiful grain and a very attractive colouring. With a smooth comfortable handle it's perfect for transplanting small seedlings and larger bedding plants into pots, window boxes and planters. Decorated with a single bead to the handle it's turned from extremely durable wood and has a lightly oiled finish. All ready to use in the garden.

We had our Victorian sash widows replace with new double glazed ones and this beautiful Oak was inside the brickwork as window linings. It was so solid and after a wash I could see the tools marks of a Victorian craftsman so I decided I was going to re-use it and here it is transformed for you. Our house is almost 130 years old so this tree was harvested at least 130 years ago so even older than that - wood is a marvellous thing...
