Silver plated 3 cm round clear faced locket has an unusual, stunning red piece of Withernsea seaglass as a central feature surrounded by tiny white/clear pieces of seaglass and quartz. It is on a 22in silver plated chain.
All pieces of seaglass are unique due to the effect of the sea, sand and stones on the glass, its original make up and the time it has been in the sea.
It is very unusual to find red glass on Withernsea beach. This piece is flat and has a star pattern cut into the glass, suggesting this may come from the base of a jug, vase or similar vessel, rather than a storage jar or bottle. This locket is very much a unique piece of jewellery.
This will be sent out in a small gift box and using Royal Mail 1st class large letter post.

I was so amazed when I saw red amongst some seaglass that had been collected for me. It has taken me some time to consider how to use it, as it is the one and only piece of red glass I have had off Withernsea beach, and I wanted it to be a feature. A real one-off. I hope you will agree that use in this locket has achieved this.
