You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a lovely luxury 3D handmade greeting card to tell someone you are thinking of them.
The design is a Blue Tit in a garden with butterflies, a dragonfly and flowers.
The 3D greeting is also gold foiled and says "Thinking of You". The card has been finished with gems and a matching ribbon bow.
This is a lovely card to send to someone while we are all in lockdown, socially distancing and self-isolating. It can be used for any occasion eg birthday card, thank you card, get well soon card, missing you card, or just to say hello.
The card has a full colour double matching insert on the inside and there is plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
Size: Large A5
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card and is packaged in a free protective cello bag to keep it fresh and clean.
