You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase so, if there is a problem please contact us first and we can arrange either a replacement or exchange for you. If you do need to return an item for any reason, please email me at Lesleylayland@gmail.com as soon as possible. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging, enclosing the completed returns slip at the bottom of the invoice for payment to be refunded. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We only refund postage on faulty items. Lilybets cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers responsibility until they are received and we recommend returning them by registered delivery. All refunds will be made using the original payment method, e.g. to the PayPal account you originally paid with. You will be sent an email confirming your refund

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
