This version depicts the jaw dropping winner scored by Massimo Maccarone as Boro beat Steaua Bucharest in the 2006 UEFA Cup Semi Final.
Trailing 2-0 on the night and 3-0 on aggregate, Middlesbrough needed to score four goals to go through!! Goals from Maccarone, Viduka and Riggott put Boro 3-2 up on the night but they needed one more. In the 89th minute Stewart Downing played a cross into the box and Massimo Maccarone headed home a remarkable winner. Middlesbrough won 4-2 on the night (4-3 on aggregate) and reached their first ever European final.
