Full description
This cuff bangle is handmade to order from square sterling silver wire, which I give a dark oxidised finish. I then brush away some of the tarnish to show off the textures.
The length of silver is hammered against concrete before forming into shape, which gives it a rough industrial-like texture. As each bangle is handmade to order, they will vary slightly from the one photographed, as the textures will be unique to each piece.
The bangle is made from 3mm wide silver wire, which is a nice sturdy weight. I hammer the ends flatter and rounded for a comfortable fit.
Measuring 16cm in length, with a 3cm opening. This will fit an average female wrist, and it can be gently squeezed to fit.
Hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.
