I just love Christmas and I love Christmas decorations. And I also adore old vintage Christmas images.
I wanted to use some of the old images on a Christmas star, and these were the perfect size to create an attractive and unusual star decoration.

Full description
I have painted and then decorated with rice paper images, three small metal stars, two of which depict vintage children and the other has a smiling Santa.
All three are also decorated on their reverse side with a smaller version of the image on the front of the star.
The star measures approximately 10cms wide x 10cms tall and has a red ribbon for hanging.
This star will look lovely on a tree but, as it is two-sided, it can also be hung somewhere else, where it will still provide a pretty decoration even if it should turn around.
