This one-of-a-kind pendant features a stunning handmade dichroic glass cabochon, which I have wrapped with copper wire. Woven wire sweeps up from the bottom of the pendant, curving out towards the top of the pear-shaped cabochon. A single wrapped wire from each side then curls back down in a figure-of-8 shape, with spirals shaped to create a symmetrical design. I've finished the pendant with a wide woven bail. The dichroic glass is absolutely stunning - a beautiful shade of blue which shimmers as the light catches it.
The finished pendant has been oxidised to antique the copper, which looks perfect with the blue glass. The necklace comes with a 2mm thick waxed black cotton cord, complete with handmade fastenings. The cord length is approx. 40cm but I can supply a different length if required - please let me know your preferred length via the 'choose options' button.
The glass cabochon is approx. 3cm by 2.5cm at it's widest points. The pendant including the bail measures 4.7cm long. It will be posted out first class, in a 100% recycled (& reusable!) gift box, within a recycled polythene bag.
