A real statement piece, this stunning dresser (original item sourced for £80 via the internet) is decorated in the flamboyant colours favoured by this particular client.
The contrasting shades of green, orange and pink follow a traditional log-cabin patchwork design. Strangely, this traditional western textile design combined with an item of furniture more usually associated with old style farmhouse kitchens, creates an opulent, vaguely oriental end product.

IMPORTANT: Delivery is not free. I have not included delivery costs at this stage but am happy to obtain a quote based on your location. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect/arrange collection yourself from Deal, Kent.

This was the biggest piece I had ever tackled at the time.
I found the dresser for my client on the internet bought it for £80 and took it back to my workshop in Deal, where I worked on it for some time. It had previously been used as bathroom storage and its white surface was damaged by various spillages and rings from the bottom of shampoo bottles etc.
It was quite a time-consuming and challenging, though enjoyable, project and I was pleased with the final result. More importantly, so was my client – and that’s what FricksSticks is all about.
