I love making designs especially for crafters as it's the little details that make these so relatable to their hobby. I often get requests at craft stalls so like to add them into my makes whenever I can.
So this is one for the Knitters and will make a great gift for many who will surely relate to the phrase on the lid. Yarn and more yarn is what the knitting hobby is all about.

Full description
This box features a knitting themed design, burnt into the wood using traditional methods of pyrography. Each motif has then been hand painted in a shimmery finish paint.
The lid is covered in different size balls of wool in lavender and pale blue tones, above the to the right is a pair of golden knitting needles next to a knitted section of purple. Framing the design top and bottom is the phrase 'Behind every knitter is a huge pile of yarn'.
Around the base of the box more craft related imagery appears on each side panel. The front panel features three balls of yarn with needles sticking out from them. The back panel has the words 'Knit one Purl one' whilst the rest of the panels show more yarn balls, needles and other accessories like tape measures and buttons.
Sizing- 16x14cm and 9.2cm high with hinged lid and fixtures in an antique gold colouring. At the front is a clasp to keep the lid closed.
