You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

For a full refund, the item must be sent back to me in the original condition it was posted in, at the buyers own cost.

These adorable little hand knitted mitten decorations will complete any Christmas decor.
Price is for one pair of mittens. I have one pair in each colour, please indicate which colour you are purchasing.
Available in Christmas red, light grey or mustard yellow.
For multiple orders, I will combine items for postage.
Made using 100% cotton.
Although I take every effort to show them in their true colour, they may vary slightly due to light conditions.
These are not toys and should be kept away from pets and children.
