We wanted to make the vinegar using a "mother" we had grown ourselves. In 2017 we had one which has produced this unpasteurised apple cider vinegar with apples from our garden and young orchard.The current batch is 4 yrs old and tastes delicious!
We have so many uses for it; as a drink mixed with water and honey, to clean wooden floors and tables, the glass of windows. We feed it to the horses, mix it with essential oils to make horsefly spray, add it to sponge cakes for a moist and fluffy texture, use vinegar for wasp stings and so many other things, removing moss from pathways An essential household and garden product.
