Bring some joyful colour to your Christmas decorations with these rainbow trees! Some ideas for how to use and display them: you can hang them from your Christmas tree; peg them along a length of twine or ribbon, like bunting; hang them from door and cupboard handles; or use them to decorate wrapped parcels; or include one as a little gift with your Christmas cards.
A set of seven little trees with ribbon hanging loops, each one is a unique combination of fabric and yarn scraps, decorated with a button and felt backing.
I make the fabric for the front of the Christmas trees with a selection of precious fragments of different fabrics; these are further decorated with yarns and threads before being sewn into a new textile.
These hanging ornaments measure approximately (height x width, excluding ribbon):-
12.3 x 7 cm
4 & 7/8 x 2 & 3/4 inches
