At the centre of this Robin Brooch is a small wooden robin, stitched onto a background of blue and red felt. The robin is surrounded by hand embroidered stitches and beads in a colour theme of turquoise and red, highlighting the robin’s red breast.

This brooch has a brooch pin with a safety catch sewn onto the back, for secure wear.
It is two and a half inches or 8 cms in size.

It would look very festive when worn on a jumper, coat, cardigan, dress, hat or beret.

This Robin Brooch comes gift wrapped in an organza bag with a festive decoration. It would be an ideal gift for Christmas, a Secret Santa present, a stocking filler present, as a thank you gift for a teacher or, for a friend or family member who has a birthday in Winter time. Or, as a gift to yourself to wear in Winter and during the festive Christmas time.

The cheery robin that visits my garden is a happy sight. The wooden robin bird motif in the centre of this hand embroidered brooch is a reminder of this cheerful bird. It sits on a background of blue and red felt surrounded by red and turquoise embroidery stitches and beads.

A textile picture of the national bird of Britain to wear, which I created and hand embroidered in my Sewing Room in Yorkshire.
