This artwork focuses on "Me, Myself and I". I know it sounds conceited but often times we put ourselves on the back burner to support, encourage, nurture, care and love others but fail to take a moment to do those same things for ourselves.
This piece is all about loving yourself. Loving yourself enough to take a break from that stressful job/ environment to relax and pamper yourself. Setting boundaries so others treat you right. Letting go of toxic relationships or environment because you deserve better. Eating well so your body's properly nourished and you feel energised. Sleeping in because your body could use that extra hour of rest. Saying "NO" when you're already overwhelmed with tasks and responsibilities.
