We were asked by one of our lovely customers if we could make some sailing boat suncatchers to commemorate friends who had passed.

We made a batch love the look!

A Life On The Ocean Wave...

I'm not sure how seaworthy this little guy would be, but I am sure that he will grace your window or your garden.

He's made of 3 pieces of hand-cut glass with a glass mast. We assembled the pieces in the kiln and fired it up to around 800C to fuse everything together. Once cooled we glue on a bail and thread a piece of ribbon to hang it from.

It has two red sails, a red mast, and a green hull with red decoration. It is approximately 13 cm tall and 12 cm long.
