I had an idea straight away of what to do with this lovely piece of old wood that we found on a bonfire pile. I just loved all the old marking on it from years of use somewhere and although it was really dirty I knew when I sanded it back it would be just what I wanted. My Dad then chopped it up into some A5 and A4 pieces for me and I got to work sanding and stencilling.
As I only have one plank I have just a limited amount of these A5 ones and I will be making some different A4 ones that will be coming in the next couple of weeks.
I am really pleased with how they have turned out, just as I had imagined...just love it when that happens!
