for some reason the black fabric flower makes me think 'Victorian' -- your mileage may vary!
Copper frame, sheet music and black silk flower behind glass, small antique gold 'music' charm (from a pair of earrings I bought in New Orleans in 1991). Strung on pale gold satin ribbon with a twisty copper barrel clasp.
