You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All custom orders are sent with a signed for / trackable delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Shipping times are approximately 3 - 5 days Europe, 7 - 10 days USA, Australia. Please allow extra time in the busy festive season for your delivery. All orders to China can only go by a signed for method and are at the sole risk of the buyer, no refund will be given for a lost package. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take many weeks. If a package is returned by a postal service for any other reason a refund can only be issued once it has arrived back with me and the contents checked. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days for Domestic and International items after 45 days.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
