You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Important Information - Please read the following before completing your purchase: Postage Costs: Automated postage rates are generally accurate for the first couple of items. If you are ordering more than two items and would like to check if cheaper postage is available, please get in touch before placing your order. Damage in Transit: Although damage is rare, items are sent insured for peace of mind. As soon as you receive your item please open it and check it has arrived safely. In the unlikely event of damage, it is important that you keep all packaging / the item and contact me straight away, so that I can provide the insurer with the information they need to process a claim and refund you. (If you are buying for someone else, please ensure they do the same). By completing your order, you confirm that you understand the above, and agree that if an item gets damaged in the post and an insurance claim cannot be filed due to your failure to provide the information requested, you will waive your right to a refund. Recycling: I try to be as environmentally responsible as possible. I don't buy none-recyclable packaging materials but I do re-use any bubble-wrap etc I receive. If you get any in your parcel, please be reassured it has been recycled. If you can't re-use it yourself try donating it to someone who can rather than throwing it away!

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
