This 'Pale Blush Pink Octavia Feather Hair Clip' mini fascinator accessory is ready made.
This is an eye catching and unusual Steampunk style feather hair clip, which is a unique bespoke piece.
Perfect to finish off a cosplay costume or for a wedding.
As they are on a clip, they can also be attached onto a top hat or similar.
Created with three trimmed pale blush pink ostrich feathers , blush pink fluff feathers, darker pink biot feather spikes and loops.
Finished with a blush pink lace ruffle with a detail of mixed sized rose gold Steampunk cogs & gears.
Made on a pale pink oval piece of felt for backing with a small silver plated croc clip with teeth underneath.
Take care when placing in hair.. it will sit flat against the head..
