I've crocheted a costume for my knitted baby meerkat. You'll be buying both meerkat and costume, and the costume is FULLY REMOVABLE, as obviously your meerkat wouldn't want to be embarrassed still wearing a Halloween costume in November. He'll probably be pestering you for a Santa suit by then...

Designed & knit in the clean, fresh, country air in Kent, the Garden of England (no cigarette, perfume or pet odors)

The costume is in two parts and is FULLY REMOVABLE. I've crocheted a vivid orange pumpkin which ties at the neck, and a separate garland of leaves. This can be worn around the neck or as a headpiece, whichever seems most attractive to your meerkat. As meerkats are quite slim, the pumpkin comes with extra padding (toy stuffing) to pad out the tummy.

The dressed meerkat can sit freely because her little bottom has been weighted with a stockinette parcel of bean-bag-filling. She is approximately 5" tall (13cm), seated, and is unsuitable for tiny meerkat worshippers owing to small parts.

Niftyknits Meerkats are wrapped in tissue paper and come with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity and a special edition Niftyknits fridge magnet.
