The ICAO Spelling Alphabet was refined during World War II. It was designed to overcome problems of confusion over challenging verbal communications, regardless of language. This tried and tested system is the most widely used radiotelephone spelling alphabet.
But it's a bit of a task to try to learn these 26 references. So I've designed a poster with 26 original illustrations to aid everyday recall. It's ideally positioned over a desk or near a landline phone where it can be casually glanced at whilst spelling something during a call. You'll get your message across first time, you'll sound like a pro, and with the strong visual references you'll probably commit them to memory which will come in handy during the next pub quiz. You might even notice Romeo and Juliet gazing into each other's eyes.

These posters are digitally illustrated.
My A3 posters are digitally printed on uncoated, extra white, 270 gms Splendorgel paper. Made with ECF pulp from FSC certified sources, it is environmentally friendly and completely biodegradable and recyclable.
These prints will be posted in a flat board-backed envelope as default, which is also recyclable. Alternatively it can be sent in a postal tube on request.
My A2 posters were screen printed as a limited first edition of 25. They were screen printed by hand at Print To The People printing studios in Norwich, UK. Printed using high quality printing ink on uncoated, white, 300gms Snowdon cartridge paper. Posters will be wrapped and posted in a postal tube.
Display away from direct sunshine to avoid discolouration.
